Years ago I saw a meme with a chart showing different types of women... I think "Hotness" was the vertical and "Sanity" was the horizontal. The only type of woman in the Hot AND Sane section was transgender women. The conservative idiots passing it around thought it was making fun of cis women but they all agreed that a woman couldn't be that perfect without being a man... I could be remembering it wrong, but that was my takeaway

"red pill" i believe in this context refers to them (the man-o-sphere people) saying they took the "red pill" from the matrix (and whatever connotations they prescribe to that). The term "Chaser" is a term used by the trans community to refer to people who want to hook up with trans people for sex, usually due to fetishism or some other perversion and not because they are attracted to that person.
