I agree, but my A1c was 4.2 at last measurement. It's more to do with my own unique physiology and reliance on exogenous androgens. But, I digress, cutting out carbs reduces my heat tolerance (aka, increases my "freezing the fuck cold" feeling) tenfold.

You may want to increase your iodide intake then, iodide (not iodine) is used in the production of pituitary hormones which are then used in thermoregulation
