Freya is all set to make her way 2500+kms to her new forever home in Toronto. On the left is her the day after she arrived, on the right a few days ago when I got word she had been adopted. A bittersweet day for me...I'll miss her ????????

This is why I could never foster a dog or cat. It would ruin me to give them up.

It does sting. I had her 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. Once she leaves a spot opens for another needy pup...it's worth it.
