I'm old enough to remember when you might actually have to pre-order a game from a brick and mortar shop, in case the game you wanted sold out on release day. With the advent of digital distribution, pre-ordering is literally pointless.
Not defending the shitcunts at EA (and Activision and Warner brothers), their behaviour is abhorrent. But seriously, don't give these fuck knuckles your money before the game is even out.
