This is Francine, she takes the orders, and near as I can tell makes most of the pizzas.

This is the Emperor Fred of Little Tokyo, he's a little... eccentric.

She has a bit of a temper... and is prone to SENDING YOU TO PRISONER ISLAND!!!

Big Al Dente, Councillor to Emperor Fred and liaison with the Samurai Pizza Cats.

PRESENTING THE BIG CHEESE (a.k.a Seymour). He's also a counciller to the Emperor, however every plot to over-throw the peaceful animatronic town of Little Tokyo is orchestrated by him.

Jerry Atric is Seymour's assistant and adviser. He's sort of the Mr Miyagi/elderly comic relief of the Ninja Crows.

The Big Cheese also likes to dress up.

Bad Bird is the undeniable king of cool. Constant adversary of the Pizza Cats and leader of the Ninja Crows. He's tasked with pulling off the Big Cheese's increasingly ridiculous requests.

The Ninja Crows spend most of their time doing this.

When the bad guys need to get serious, they call in Rude Noise (The Ninja Crow b-listers, from left to right: Bad Max, Ronnie Geissmuller, Cannonball Batterly, Mojo Rojo). They make life tough for the Pizza Cats and give them an excuse to call on the services of:

The Rescue Team! (left to right, General Catton, Meowzma O' Tool, Polly Ester, Speedy Cerviche, Guido Anchovy, Spritz T. Cat, Bat Cat).

Bad Bird and the Ninja Crows are constantly creating new giant robots to terrorize the citizens of Little Tokyo

This particular robot presses people into human sized sushi using the enormous pot of rice it carries on it's back. It's piloted by a hypnotized animatronic sushi maker.

When Big Al lets the cats know the city's in danger...

ITS MAGICAL PRINCESS TRANSFORMATION TIME BITCHEEEEEEEEEEEEZ YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!

Almost every episode ends when one of the bad guys (above: Evil Pop Star Producer Robot) is confronted by Speedy and his ultimate attack powered by THE MAGICAL GINSU SWORD!

After his schemes inevitability go awry, the Big Cheese has a tendency spontaneously combust.
