#6 this reminds me of my dad so much.. he never got on well with humans much, but he would dissappear into the forest for months at a time, making friends with animals and living like a wild man. Made for amazing visitations with him when he finally got them. My childhood was definitely magical the few times i got to stay with him. RIP, you crazy bastard. You're sorely missed.
#1 Those guinea pigs do NOT sound happy. Those are polite protest sounds. (Guinea pigs tend to be overly polite way too often) That rake is clearly not fit for combing. Especially the long haired one sounds like the raking hurts, which is not surprising because a lot of long haired guinea pigs have hair that grow in all directions, not just from front to back. In fact "peruvian" long-hairs have most of their fur angled from back to front. That's how their hair is so wild and voluminous.
#7 This is one city, Shimabara. The clean water comes from hot springs created by an earthquake. And those are goldfish dumped into the drain, not koi (carp).
#2 Tip: While these wheels are much saver than most wheels (always opt for wheels without spokes) the wheel-bearings make these wheels rotate too smooth because the wheels themselves are too light. Choosing a heavier wheel provides a saver workout for the hamster because they don't risk flying off the wheels. Also, choose wheels that don't make their back angle. A hamster without back-pain is a happier, healthier and much faster hamster.
