We have places around us where if you ask when they stop serving, they say "it depends on business." So it could be 8, it could be 11.

As a former cook we are expected to be ready to leave at 10 so it's annoying when you think you are leaving at close and there until 1030.

It's pretty common where I live for drinks to be going till 10-11 but kitchen closing at 9-9:30. Order food before then and you're good
