*Edit* Apparently the differentiation between summer and winter when it comes to hemispheres is a difficult concept for some. Since I'm leaving in two weeks and they dont send you down there for a day trip, I'll be there for the Austral Winter.

Eh, its summer down there right now. Fairly nice weather. I spent 30+ days in far north Greenland over summer.. 15 deg F is pretty nice.
