That is what is known as a Pilsner glass. They're for highly carbonated beers.

I dunno, I call it a beer glass. The angle of the camera makes it look a lot more flared than it is; it's 65mm at the bottom and 80mm at the top. Or, if you're american, it's just longer than a .223 round at the bottom and a .308 round at the top.
