Posting this because sometimes when you're close to your goal it's easy to forget where you started and how hard you've worked to get where you are. Since the holidays I've plateaued, consistently making excuses for myself and I've gained 10 pounds. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it's hard to lose 10 lbs. just need to get back on track, I'm closer to my goal than I was when I started.
