Edit: Was asked for the recipe, so here it is :)
Preheat oven to 400° F
For the scones:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 egg
1/2 cup cream
1 cup blueberries
Mix together the dry ingredients, cut the butter into the dry mix, i used a food processor and pulsed it until it looked like course sand, you can also use a couple forks. Dump into a mixing bowl, make a well in the middle, add the egg and cream, and mix together until barely combined then add the blueberries and mix until they are well mixed throughout. Dump onto a lightly floured table and form a disk about 1-1.5” thick, cut into 8 equal wedges. Bake on a parchment lined sheet pan for 20-25 mins until they are golden brown. Let cool before glazing.

I kinda eyeballed the glaze..
I started with a pinch of dried lavender, start with a little and add more later after tasting, i ground it with a mortar and pestle with some sugar to make a fine lavender sugar.
Then took powdered sugar, a few tbsps lemon juice, a splash of milk, a tbsp melted butter, and the lavender sugar and whisked until it was thick and smooth, taste for flavor and adjust. Pour liberally over the cooled scones. Enjoy!

Nice when I get bored I just rollie pollie around with my pup

Made scones tonight with your recipe... But substituted candied bacon for blueberries. So good.

That sounds amazing! A maple bourbon glaze with that might kill people...

Looks amazing, but americans and their cups tho.. Like they're admitting the imperial system sucks, but are still too proud for the metric

At least you'll still get consistent results with imperial measurements, unlike if you use code cups.

I usually use weighed amounts in baking, but this was my grandmas recipe. Next time ill convert to oz/gs
