Found this balisong template on internet
Printed it out, looks good
Grabbed some sticks from the dollar store and transfered the templates
(From left to right) first and second cut and sanding
Still looks good
This should be the final layout
I think i'm going to use these as screws, what do you think?

A screw like that probably won't pivot nicely without stripping the wood. I'd recommend a connector bolt fit in just a slightly larger hole
