As you can see here, I was not only a fat girl, but I was THE fat girl, even in the family. (In this picture, I'm about 20 pounds lighter than I was at my highest, but I don't have a picture because I was ashamed of the way I looked.)
After I lost about 15 pounds from changing my eating habits a little and walking 2 miles 3x a week, I decided that it was time to change my lifestyle completely, because I was still overweight.
After running at least 2 miles 6x a week and eating alot better, I finally reached a normal weight according to the BMI chart.
I went from being the emotional eater...
...to being the girl that went to the gym to make herself feel better instead of indulging in junkfood
And this is what I look like as of now:)
I've lost almost 70 pounds:) Sorry for the selfie, I don't really have anyone to take a picture of me.
MRW I fit into a womens size 4 (US) pants this morning!
I used to be size 13/15!!
Since everyone, besides me, in my family is anti-cat and we don't have one, here's a picture of my dog named Lego:)
