There is an American food shop in Budapest, it's mostly processed food and baking supplies
pdbravo
Mostly British foods and British companies. The American stuff there is sold normally in UK supermarkets
therobisaur
Looks more like British versions of American foods.
1wadders
Have a frikadelle instead
LaNkYT
McDonald's brand mayo???
ichbinitaliener
Most of the stuff can't even be considered food.
ImSquatchingYou
"Well... That's the most expensive ketchup I've ever bought."
MyOcs3rdContent
No-one wants that shit in Denmark either, hey
OmgWhyAmILikeThis
Hold the shit up. We don't have McDonald's mustard and ketchup bottles here in America. We have to go there and horde the little packets.
LichChicken
Where's the spam?
cuddlydingo
That is not even close to near enoigh hot sauce.
SkinnerTBD
those cans of condensed soup are not worth 20 whatever.
they're the same as, albeit mid-tier quality, beef jerky. Also, wtf is salad cream?
dannishadow
Salad cream is like mayonnaise or miracle whip, I believe (not the same thing as each other, I know).
don't even have JIF or Skippy. grumble grumble.
NiceGuysFinishPabst

LipMyStockings
They are the greatest biscuit on earth, specifically the jammie ones
DadJokesAreAlwaysFunny
When I was a kid they were awesome, tried one recently and it was horrible! Like damp cardboard.
ItsChimpsYo
Is that bottled McDonald's catsup and mustard?
EwokDude
That was the first thing I noticed as well. Is it actually McDonalds or is it a knockoff?
ItspronouncedImjur
Its official

Who TF puts ketchup on their Danish?
Rynestrm
I’m pretty sure those twix and snickers drinks should be kept cold.
Look at the prices!!!! Oh wait, probably in Danish Krones.
evilpsych
Wtf is that McDonalds ketchup in a bottle?
HumfreeBugart
Almost all this stuff is British, but the Danish Krone prices are a shocker, some are 3 or 4 times the UK prices
Chech
Why are there Twix and Snickers drinks?
These are not drinks but spread creams for your bread (sorry for bad english)
There's literally drinks on the left.
Why are there NOT Twix and Snickers drinks IN America???
GodForbidd
There are not, I am concerned.
ElbowDeepInAJedi

What the fuck is Typhoo?
CardioVascular
It's tea, but it is the brittish or Irish, high quality, stuff. Not our sad stuff.
Typhoon and tetley are both brands sold in the USA but they are from the UK.
Trust me, over here Typhoo is not high quality! Pure Ceylon tea is the stuff to go for.
I know, and loose leaf is best... but compared to most US teas typhoo is high quality.
youmustbefunatparties
You always get an ooooo with typhoo
WhatDoYouMeanIcantStickmyFingersthere3
This is why I never buy American products while living overseas. Look at those prices and compute the exchange rate.
midsongnipplerub
6-1 considering that all of these items were exported which raises the price, the prices here aren’t that crazy
Visiting London for the day, found several shops that would sell a package of Oreo's for £15+. In the US, they cost ~$4.
SexAndDrugsAndSausageRolls
A lot of this stuff is British.
tomatoboy
I mean shoot, there is Marmite up there!
ausernamewhat
Most of this is American or made by American owned/based companies. Just because it's sold in the UK doesn't mean it's strictly English.
jamesdeanshat
Some of the only really american stuff there is jerky, Goldfish and Fluff. The rest is all British every day affair.
The pop tarts, most of the third row of candy, and the Campbell's soups and Crisco.
oh and there are reese's. The English have sadly yet to experience the true greatness of chocolate and peanut butter.
We have had Reese's stuff over here for ages, it is a beautiful thing.
I left the UK about 5 years ago. Got the Pb kit Kat's yet?
We certainly have!
TheMershedPerderder
Frank's red hot would be a sight for sore eyes.
RobertZimmermanWasRight
And Haribo is absolutely german
ReleaseTheBeeees
Haribo is made in Pontefract
Haribo is short for Hans Riegel Bonn, maybe they have own factorys over there.
