Craptastic Day

So everyone is all "Happy Halloween!"

This is normally my favorite holiday. Instead I got laid off today. I am honestly heartbroken and don't know who to share this with. I am not sad about money (I'm still in college and am really lucky that my mom helps me out) I'm heartbroken over the second family I'm leaving.

Halloween 2014

Usually Halloween is a huge production at our company. This year it was scaled back and we did it on Wednesday. We didn't do a group costume instead we choose to dress up individually. (I am the Sim sitting down in the pink sweater)

Christmas 2013

This was our "Awkward Family" photo shoot. This hopefully shows how fun we really are. There was never a day that went by that we didn't laugh. Even when we were working from 8am to 11pm during our busy season.

Halloween 2013

We were "Seedy Las Vegas". We had the Runaway bride, lounge singer, lost tourist, and so on. Yes, we did win Best Group Costume.

When my father was in the hospital they rallied around me and sent me encouraging messages. I will never be able to tell them how much those meant to me.

We had a Cheeto Bar day for one of our coworkers who was leaving. I never thought there were so many different types of Cheetos.

Thank you for those who read all of this. I just needed to share how much my coworkers mean to me and how much I will miss them. I know this will get downvoted into oblivion but still for those of you who read it thank you.

TL;DR I got laid off on my favorite Holiday, I didn't lose a job, I lost a family.
