IIRC thats just the renewal date for all Fox shows, and they will likely be renewed, but they might not be.

How inconvenient. I mean, I do own Firefly on DVD but I'm too lazy to put the disk in so I'd rather stream it. Funny if you think about it.

It wasn't an auto fools joke but I was somewhat wrong. Turns out they removed a few seasons rather than the whole thing. 1&2 are left.
