Ok yes...we know that's what cheese does...

Cheesus Christ!

Cheese wellington.

11 months ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 1

I'm pretty sure that's delicious and I will regret eating that.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The mix of all these kinds of cheese takes away the individual flavour and creates a new, lesser one. Now it is just cheese. You may like the amount, but it's barbaric.

Seems like once it's cooled down, it won't be as pleasant.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Seems like it would be good right out of the oven, but once it cools it's just a blob?

And a Diet Coke

but only because it tastes better

I like a cheesy roll but this somewhere between excessive and grotesque

11 months ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

This would make me hate cheese, it's so gross and excessive.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I came.

And the other part with cheese too!

good old Kirkland Signature cheese too

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Needs more cheese.

There is no such thing as too much cheese.

I'm looking for the cheese cult comic
Cheese, my son
CHEESE!

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

nope. Sure it looks good but my experience with eating that much cheese is that you regret it a couple minutes into it and then later in the bathroom.

This looks like something Midwesterners jerk off to right before their third heart attack

11 months ago | Likes 76 Dislikes 4

Some of them wearing a giant fake wedge of cheese on their head and shouting something angrily about “defense not doing their job” from the couch.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Needs ranch

Jerk off WITH. Jerk off "WITH". Fixed that for you.

The ol Midwest Fleshlight

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It needs more cheese!

11 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

And then it cools down and transforms into one big ball of rubber that you’d need tonchew on for a couple weeks.
This looks nice. That’s it. That is all.
Also, I like my arteries. No need to ruin them with this.

Meunster, Swiss, Gouda(?), Colby Jack(?), shredded cheddar mix?

11 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Muenster (ue)

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think the second one was fontina cheese - not swiss. Swiss has much larger holes while fontina has small ones. It's a delicate creamy cheese. Love it for sandwiches.

(I used to work in a deli)

Also fun fact - Gouda is a dutch cheese and they actually pronounce it like "Howda" but the 'H' (or harde G to be more accurate) has a guttural emphasis like clearing the back of your throat.

I'm almost certain that's Havarti, not fontina

11 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That's 100% right. I meant havarti. Idk why I keep forgetting or mixing up its name. Been a few years haha

I never thought I would ever say this but, that looks like way a too much cheese to bread ratio. I love cheese but that's just ridiculous. At least cut it with something salty or crunchy or something. Ham, kimchi, smoked fish, onions... anything

I agree. "Don't drown your food." for those who remember Saturday Morning cartoons in the US during the 70s/80s.

11 months ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

100% agree. Especially that big block of marble cheddar in the center. Entirely unnecessary and will just be nothing but grease.

Even the cheese pull is half-assed. You can see that it hasn't properly melted. Honestly, very disappointing.

11 months ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

"Too much cheese" is not in my vocabulary. My favorite amount of melted cheese is the amount that feels like "too much" and then some more. Flavors shlavors. Would still eat this with glee.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I'm wondering how the bread half of the equation fairs. Is it just one big damp bubble of oil?

11 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I used to work in mellow mushroom pizza restaurant. We had some new guys training and we let them make their own pizza one night. They put so much cheese on it that it was inedible. Yes, there is such a thing as too much cheese.

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

If instead of tearing you cut it into small pieces and serve it as part of a platter it probably makes more sense. I bet you could make one of these and cover it in French onion soup gravy. That would be amazing.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s a very expensive way to waste a lot of cheese

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how/why you'd use this, it's way too much cheese to be, like, a cheese sandwich. Are you meant to pour the cheese over something and eat the bread with it? 'Cause it seems like too much cheese for that, too. If the thing was like 1/4 the size, perhaps.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

you aren't meant to eat it, you're meant to watch this and have your lizard brain go "ooh, that looks good" and share it on instagram.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I can’t believe what I’m hearing here folks. Cheese is life.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, I wonder how long you have to serve them after they come out of the oven before they turn into a solid block, instead of a melty Instagram showpiece.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Can't even cut it up, are you supposed to eat the whole thing like a giant pizza pocket?

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They wanted to make the opposite of a laxitive

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I was about to post this same thing. Watching them make it my reaction was "That's TOO MUCH". Then after it bakes I was like.... "SEE I WAS RIGHT"

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

the cheese is not salty enough for you friend? also the outside of the bread is prob crisp too from the cheese on the outside? were you maybe trying for sour/savory/acidic?

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

no no, the flavors get lost without contrast to keep your tongues attention. If you add something like tomato it keeps the flavors more distinct and allows for more harmony and less overwhelm

11 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

yep. Its way to much cheese. Way to many types of cheese too.

11 months ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 0

I didn't expect cheese police

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd add that it's also too many conflicting types of cheese. Flavors will be lost, some of em are just wasted.

11 months ago | Likes 110 Dislikes 0

Yea, there is zero chance you're tasting the Swiss
