Oh definitely! And my kid is 6 now, so not something I have to worry about as much any more. But I definitely remember those times.

I'm convinced babies have a built-in altimeter. In your arms, they sleep. Put them 4 feet lower into a crib, BAM!

I found that if I slowly lowered my sons into the crib, trying to not wake them up, it would backfire. The trick was to quickly lower them.

Low heat though. Otherwise they burn.
