For the same reason they have instagram handles. Some create content themselves, others just want to upvote content and favorite channels to get notifications about new videos in their feed. Hence my question why you would share that aspect of your online presence with your child / parent. Seems a little weird considering that Instagram is only marginally less porny than pornhub.
