We're taking it as seriously as it deserves. This is XKCD for June 7, 2023. Highly recommended. Saving it off here because it's NEEDED here. #evidence #research #anatomically-correct-cgi-cat-butts #god-i-hope-mentioning-cat-butts-doesnt-make-this-mature

Do you know how frustrating it is, to know you're not crazy. Like yeah, "crazy doesn't know it's crazy", but this is 20+ years ago, with no evidence to the contrary, so I think I'm good. ANYWHO, that in the middle of broad daylight, over a coastal city next to Boston(Lynn) flying low enough u could make out details. A silver trapezoid shaped object, slowly spinning while also moving north across the sky. No one ever REALLY believes you, even if they say they do. Because if they did, 1/2

Why cant I find anything from early 2000's mentioning it? No blog posts, threads, news articles. What makes it worse, is I after getting in a vehicle and having the driver chase in a direction(they were inside when it went by, came out after), that there were black helicopters chasing in that direction after it. It's maddening to see something no one will ever believe.

Recent events in UFO world are “lit” as they say. Deep intelligence employee claiming he’s see the files. It’s hooked in w a lawsuit he was retaliated against. Good stuff. A new prophet for the UFoFAITHful.

To quote Carl Sagan : Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.

Anyone got a link to the XKCD cartoon about one programmer telling another "not to worry about losing your job" because AI needs someone to write the specification for what the AI is to do, and that is essentially programmers. All coders will become AI trainers!

NASA just publicity came out and said they are investigating UAP’s. Videos of the UAP’s were released to every major news network. We CAN NOT say they are aliens because we don’t know what the fuck they are but we know they are there because we see them often. Even Congress is addressing UAP’s because it’s a LEGITIMATE concern to national security. The fact that you think you have the answers really speaks for the kind of person you are.

Think but this and all is mended:

I believe there are things out there that humanity couldn’t imagine in a million years, and we won’t know until it’s discovered. That being said I happen to know Somalia is a real place, I have no desire to go there, that being said if alien life is out there, why would they care to come to earth? I mean if they could fly here, it means they have better technology than we do, the only thing that makes Earth special as far as we know is there is life here. There could be a billion planets with >

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Life just in the Milky Way, or might just be the one planet, or hell just two. We don’t know, but the aliens wanting to check out Earth just cause is a lame excuse.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Two possibilities. One: XTs are real and our governments have known for a while. Two: this is all a big smokescreen to draw attention away from something real and even more horrendous. I'm not sure which possibility is the more alarming.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Well, potholer (or maybe thunderfoot) already debunked the "big' tapes that were released. Then he followed the money and lo and behold, the director of the new govt agency in charge of finding UFOs was a grifter that made money on people believing in UFOs.

UFOs are real. I'm dead serious.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

UFOs, sure. Alien UFOs, seem to have dwindled from thousands of sightings to near none once recording technology made it a lot clearer what folks were looking at.

No worries, it's in our daily rotation. Oh, except for Illumian85 of course.

That's why we get probrd people, lack of nudes

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We already did.

3 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

And we did it old school style. We sent unsolicited nude engravings. That's the classiest kind of unsolicited nudes.

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

It's the "engravings" that make it classy.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Engraved in *gold* . ahem. Name a classier medal to engrave an unsolicited nude. I'll wait. Like them aliens waitin on that interstellar dick pick!

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

platinum, but it has a bit of an expiration date. Actually...... that might be good- self-deleting nudes if you get left on read.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

UFOs do exist. Jumping to the conclusion that they must be 'Aliens' is the stupid part. Just because it's flying and you can't identify it doesn't prove anything...

3 years ago | Likes 94 Dislikes 0

I keep tellin people that Unicorns are much faster than you think!

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everything's a UFO if you are bad at identifying things.

This is top embarrassing thing in my life: one night I was going through the front path inside and suddenly I saw “dozens” of orb lights getting bigger and bigger. Now god and I haven’t exactly been cool for while, but there’s not enough hate for me to not start crying &praying. I was 15, convinced it was the apocalypse, and when they passed over and I saw they were floating lantern, I legit didn’t eat dinner or go to school the next day. Spent my time laying face down, full Cameron.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Floating lanterns out of context are very trippy and hard to parse. I sat and stared at some for like 10 minutes before the breeze took them and I could suddenly tell what they were.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Thank you for this it really did help me feel better

I saw a sea turtle in the wild momentarily once and have ever since completely understood ‘I saw a cryptid’ etc type scenarios and exactly why to be skeptical of them.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

My friends and I were driving through a rural part of town trying to get home before the mushrooms kicked in. I saw the craziest thing and pointed it out: down by a river bank a big round black bear was on his side, looking dead. We pulled over (smart!) and approached it with flashlights and when we got a few feet a away a GIANT beaver face with giant orange teeth REEEEEEEE’d at us and we started screaming and ran back to my car. It was on its side chewing on a tree. Its tail was magnificent
