For my cakeday, I am grateful my mom is still with us.

On Christmas day, my mother suffered her second heart attack. Had 3 stents put in. Could have been a hell of a lot worse.

She was released from the hospital yesterday, and I have her at home, safe and sound.

My mother means the world to me, so needless to say, I am relieved beyond words. She is the reason I am who I am. I have learned more about life and love from her than from anyone else.

Glad you're back, Mama. I love you immensely.
