I've been tracking my sons feeds & sleeps on a daily basis so that I can remember when to feed him next/put him down (I have a terrible memory) and ended up putting all of it into a spreadsheet to see if any patterns emerged. We're still going but here's what has happened so far... #data_is beautiful #mildly_interesting #nerd #baby

I'm an analyst and love this kind of thing. I like how you are also essentially tracking your own lack of sleep and physical investment.

It's so odd how fast that happens. Mine are 3 and 7 now and I did a 6 month journal so I could clearly remember life at the beginning. :)

Amazing! It's a lot of effort but so interesting. I'm sure when you read back over it from time to time you're glad you did it.
