Trump’s “Elite Strike Force” has lost 50 court cases. It, and it’s bizarre network of allies and Kraken pretenders, have tried and failed to overturn the 2020 election.
After failing in that effort, they tried to invalidate the Electoral College votes by convening “alternative EC electors” who, oddly enough, would cast their imaginary ballots for tRump. That was another Trumpian flame-out. They are now shifting focus to challenging counting those votes.
Even though NO COURT found ANY evidence of voter fraud, beyond Republicans trying to vote for own dead relatives, a Senator from Tx is now suing the US VP.
Sen Gohmert has proclaimed that he alone has correctly read the Constitution’s description of Pences responsibilities during the Electoral College process. Namely, that the VP, Pence, can refuse to recognize verified EC ballots which were cast for Biden.
So, it’s finally down to this...They are now trying to discredit the US Constitution.
This is the classic Trump Playbook: attempt to bury the opposition in increasingly obscure and ridiculous court filings and legal fees. This time it won’t work. The Federal Govt has many more lawyers (most are antagonistic towards Trump by now) and much deeper pockets.
A high price must be levied against Trump ...and paid by him and ALL his conspirators. The next would-be autocrat might not be so arrogant as to rely on mass hysteria...but instead be better educated.
Thus is a first step towards a reckoning ...
