Single Pan Supper, Ribeye Steak

I made my entire dinner tonight with only one pan. First I sauteed onions and yellow bell peppers in butter, on high heat, until tender. After putting the onions and pepper aside on a plate, I seared the steak for 3 minutes a side. Immediately after taking the steak out of the pan, I turned off the stove and put a large bunch of spinach in the pan to wilt in the remaining heat.
