I grew up very christian in a conservative home. All of my family still is. I was even a missionary for my church once.
After being out on my own for a few years, I kinda realize that the whole "faith" story doesn't make sense to me.
The universe is so big! I'm not saying my life doesn't have purpose, because I know that we each give our own lives purpose. It just sucks to realize that after we die, we stop existing.

Don't need a religion to feel loved. Find others with similar interest outside of religion and friendships will form.

I would suggest reading the writings of the mystics, both Christian and of other faiths. It may show you a new side of religion

Not so much, but they still identify as Christian. They've moved on to being Cheasters (only attend Christmas and Easter service). Yours?
