Best Christmas present
My mom told me that she's going to pay for me to get an Master's in Psychology so I can become a therapist.
Bit of background. Had to drop out In 2008 due to the market crash wiping out the jobs in my chosen degree fields at the time (political science, economics, and international relations). Tried to get into IT work with no luck (VMWARE certification, A+, Cisco, etc).
So this year for Christmas my mom decided she's going to pay for me to go back to school. Apparently she's been setting aside money to do it for awhile now.
I'm still kinda in shock and just wanted to tell someone.
I know this will die in usersub but I don't care. I'm so happy.
