This is a "custom" gate that was installed by a previous owner, I'm not sure where he sourced the materials. The rail is broken beneath the duct tape. The pickets alternate in a narrow - narrow - wide pattern. I've been to the local hardware stores and nobody carries this - I've searched online for "replacement slotted vinyl fence picket rail" and come up empty.
The full length of the rail is 34 inches.
The rail is about 1 5/8" wide. The pickets penetrate the rail.
Rail is 2 3/4" tall.
The pickets are about 3/4" wide
Wide pickets are 3 inches
Narrow pickets are 1.5"

Car repair shop that does plastic welding may have a guy that can fix it for cheap, sandpaper it after then paint with all-weather
