Bye Sweet Boy.

Today we said goodbye to one of, if not, the best dogs I have ever known, loved. Robert went by many names, Rob Roy of Barra, Robert, Robbie, Rob, Robs, Bob, Bobbie, Bobbert, Bobs, Money Boy, Sluggo, and Robinni. He was the most loving and sweetest dogs. He was gentle soul, a true gentleman. Most dogs wolf down food and slurp up water but not Robs. He ate as if he held his pinkie out, but not in a snobbish way. If he was human, he would wear a top hat and a monocle.
My mother legally owned Robbie, but many people claimed him as their own. Bobs helped my sister set up a new life in Kansas, he chased and played with my boys when we would visit, would "read" to special needs children, cuddle with the elderly, and love on everyone, making them wish they owned him. Binkie now joins all the other great dogs on the rainbow bridge. There will never be another like you. Thank you for the time we all had.
