Gun control is a serious issue, how can you continue to let people be in possession of these weapons. As a Brit this astounds me.

I just don't see what would realistically help. It's not like we can uninvent guns. Criminals are already criminals, so laws wont stop them

Anything that would reduce the number of people owning guns would help. Guns really should be only for the police.

While I agree you can't stop everyone, looking at stats from most other countries with more gun laws kind of shows there is a difference

True, law won't stop them from owning a gun, but it will add an accusation to their case once they get caught.
