Could be human-made CGI, though. This kind of thing is very commonly a final project for animation classes since the match-move on the camera takes a lot of work to line up to the animation. The driver bounce and nuts falling off are what take it from a B to an A, but when the thing is skidding, the driver is back to being lifeless...
