Maybe i played Skyrim just bit too much....
Achieved without cheats. Just with a looooooot of time. And funny fact, after tried kicking it up another notch the game crashed because the armor value was just too damn high for skyrim to compute xDDD

How did you get more than 2 enchantments?

It was part of a perk overhaul mod. Enchanting on 100 and you could put 2-3 points into the extra effect perk ^^

Level the following skills to 100: Alchemy, Enchanting and smithing. Then get enchanted gear thak makes alchemy stronger. When Alchemy 1/2

is on lvl 100 and every perk that boosts potions strength has been taken, craft fortify enchanting potions. Drink them and make new 2/3

and stronger fortify alchemy gear. If you repeat this cycle, youre enchantments should get stronger and stronger every cycle. when you 3/4

are satisfied with the enchantments strength, aplly youre real enchantments to youre gear, make fortify smithing enchantment the same 4/5

way, craft a fortify smithing poition, drink it and upgrade the living poop out of youre gear. Be quick though. Fortify potions last shortly

i see it this way: Waaaaaay to obvious for something not to be intended by the game. You have to work hard for it too. You gotta earn it 1/2

A serious one hit overkill boost took me about half an hour and then I had the gear to make IMBA potions.

Also nothing is cheating if no cheats /trainer programs where used. Oh and it is singleplayer and after over 1400 hours of playing a little
