nice Atlantis reference - I presume it's a battery but what kind? Also what light module you use?

In the box is a 12 volt li-po battery and a voltage booster. The LED is from eBay, the booster from Amazon, the li-po from an RC hobby shop

The cob turns on around 30 volts and stops getting brighter at about 36ish
