My strange Hoppy Amber Ale I made with a little inspiration from modern times. Hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Weimea, and Cascade hops.

Boil for 60 mins with all late editions. SRM was 18 and IBU was 68

First Hop addition at 15mins

OG came in a 1.066

Fermented at 68*F

Dryhopped with Weimea Hops

FG was 1.010 for 7%ABV

Kegged at 12psi with good head retention

Had bad chill haze.

Fined with gelatin

Head was creamy mouth feel was thicker than I liked.
