Hobo Santa
My best friend and I used to work in an ammunition factory and we found Hobo Santa in the back of a rarely used drawer. Since our lives have taken different paths we now share custody of Hobo Santa.

AND IT'S MY YEAR. Every time I look at him I laugh because he wasn't originally intended to look like a hobo santa...but he does...peg leg and shit in his beard...he's fantastic.
