I really don’t like capes for superheroes because I personally feel it’s just some kind of obstructive thing on their moves. If you want to have bullet proof why not a vest instead?
I'd still give it to Spider-Man. His Spidey Sense and ridiculous strength and agility would be too much for Bats. The only things that might give Bats a chance would be psychological warfare or Spidey pulling his punches too much.
