According to the Supreme Court, if Trump wins by some weird miracle, Biden can claim the election was fraudulent and appoint her as the winner as an official act. This is especially checkmate.

The hypocrisy is the message. It says to their voters that the rules are for other people, not for their chosen people. It says the law will be weaponized against those we disagree with, not against loyal MAGA cultists. It says their violence, hate, bigotry, and rage can be unleashed without fear of legal repercussions, but the slightest misstep by their perceived enemies will end in legal consequences or legally sanctioned violence.

Tricky. Just because Biden is immune from prosecution doesn’t mean he can get the rest of the government to go along with his orders. The fact that Scotus seems to ignore is that he could order enough of them eliminated that the rest would rubber stamp anything he does (either because those left are sycophants or are afraid for their own lives/freedom)

It's not tricky. Biden could order knowingly false slates of electors to be certified for every single state in Kamala's favor and that would be an OFFICIAL ACT, regardless of how obviously illegitimate that is. That's literally what Trump did and what SC is saying he is immune for

Nope, you can run for president while retaining your position. There's one specific rule that you can't be both a member of congress and the president/vice president, but for that you just have to resign before being sworn in.

Nah it's fine. Generally you aren't supposed to run for two simultaneous positions in the same term, like president and governor, but that's not the case here. Even then, the rules vary state to state, though voters tend to look on it as window shopping and don't take favorably to it.

This. People still don't realise they are dealing with fascism. The hypocrisy is a red herrink to keep you occupied while they prepare to march the boots down the hall. The only way to deal with fascism is with a coherent directed application of violence (ideally within the law-defined limits, provided the state hasb't been yet hijacked by the fascists).
