Apparently, there are 1.5 million Racoons in Germany, and they are spreading across neighbouring countries, threatening ground-nesting birds and other wildlife. Can't fight trashpanda. They are way more adaptable in a climate that doesn't rly have winter. Look what they did to Japan and ThEY have winter......imagine a temperate raccoon who could pump out 3 or 4 litters a yr without worrying about any kind of hibernation due to cold winters they would of seen in the Americas....where they evolved

The secret to these little guys is to feed them. They will learn to respect boundaries, maintain socially acceptable behavior, and can even learn verbal commands when supplied with a dependable source of food and water.
