Indeed. But I don’t think anyone is disputing that. In fact… I’d argue that makes the situation worse, as most people’s problem with Boeing is that they’re the leading manufacturer that operates and controls such large quantities of money and the market space that they could easily afford to not cut corners and reduce the rate of incidents.

And just in case someone want to correct me and say "Actually most produced airliner is the DC-3". The vast majority of DC-3's made was for the military not commerical.

Funny thing about the 737-8 engine... The CFM56 is also used in the Airbus A320.
