So I’ve seen The Sandlot more times than I can count and there has always been something that bothered me. Allow me to explain...
When Squints and Yeah-Yeah are buying the baseball they run into Wendy. She’s dressed up for a day out shopping/going to lunch/running errands/whatever. Yeah-Yeah drags Squints away and they go straight to The Sandlot.
When Squints and Yeah-Yeah get there the whole gang, with the exception of Benny, decides it too hot to play baseball that day. After a vote, they decide they’re going to go to the pool instead.
Presumably they head straight home, grab bathing suits, and head to the pool.
BUT, when they get there Wendy is already there is her life guard bathing suit, hair in a new style, like she has been at work all day.
This really shouldn’t bother me as much as it does but here I am. Thanks for hearing me out.
P.S. - Squints went from, basically, sexual assault to marrying his childhood crush and having 9 kids with her.

Her hairstyle isn't that different, except it's pulled back. She looks to have her makeup on from before. Also, she's putting on sunscreen
