By asking a forum to praise you?
YouKnowWhatMrBag
I don't know how you motivate yourself… but this is very pretty

This is amazing

Niiiiiice. Very nice. I wonder what's that owl looking at :|

You don't, either you want to draw or you don't. It's your talent to maximize or waste.
Boatingman
I like it. Keep up the great work.

if I knew the answer to that question I'd be drawing more often too :(
Artist's block sucks balls.
Sure, guilty as charged. I'm looking for praise. I sit behind a stupid desk all day, and nobody knows I draw. I never get to share it.
violentbunny
Post your drawings on your cubicle's wall like a fridge. If people ask, tell them it's your real job & the one you both are at is your hobby

OP thumbtackit to the wall so people WILL notice!
I'm in my own office, and nobody from my agency works in the same building. :( Boo!
Either way OP your amazing at it and i hope you post more!!
Thank you!
I mean, to be honest, sometimes I think my antidepressants are stopping my creativity. But I'm much happier on them.
Drawing wise… Is this you on antidepressants?
Nope. This is me depressed! I wish creativity didn't come with such intense moods for a lot of us.
As a creative person myself, I feel your pain. I only get very motivated/inspired when I'm horribly depressed & stressed. A prof once cont.
don't want to ruin it, we want to finally enjoy the "normalcy" & our creative outlets reminds us of being not ok. Art is a emotional outlet
told me that I do my best work when I'm really upset. My mind was blown after that point. I think part of it is cuz when we feel good we
I know how you feel. Sorry to be intrusive, but are you on meds now? Is it stopping you from drawing full stop?
Yes, I'm on meds. And my God, they are the best thing that has ever happened to me. But I can't figure out how to still be creative. (1/2)
I used to draw and paint ALL the time, and now, every few months I get inspired. That's it though, it's really crappy. (1/2)
