A "friend" on Facebook posts crap like this all of the time. I have since hidden her posts from my feed, but I hate that people do this. She has no idea what other people are facing & this just hurts others for no reason.
FP Edit: I had a few people say they didn't understand her post. Basically, she posts things like "I didn't cash my stimulus check, I bet you can't say the same" or "I've never let my family use food stamps." She is a nice person in general, but definitely has to one-up you when possible. To put it mildly, she's a bit of a Karen.
Here was my response to her. I rarely comment on anything on Facebook & make my own posts just as frequently. I only browse through my feed to see what some of my friends & family are up to because I don't live near by anymore.
This was about a week ago & she hasn't responded or reached out in any way. I'm ok with that, just upset at her lack of empathy. Especially from a "good Mormon mama" (her words, not mine).
Cake tax: I made this for my boyfriend's daughter's birthday this weekend. Chocolate buttercream with 4 layers of strawberry & white cake. It was delicious but turns your poop green.
FP Edit: I wish I could share the cake with you all! The cakes were Pillsbury brand box cakes, one strawberry & one white. The chocolate buttercream was just regular buttercream with melted chocolate chips added in. Then a lot of black food dye. (Thats what turns your poo green.) If you want black frosting, it's best to make it a day or 2 ahead of time because the longer it sits, the darker it gets.
Cat tax: this is my sister's cat, Dexter, hiding under my car so he could stay outside longer. My boyfriend is attempting to scoot him toward me with a broom handle.

Nightmare. 1st app denied b/c of timing. Reapplied in 2 states. Finally approved but destroyed savings, + help from parents. Very rough time

Try using activated charcoal (food safe) instead of the black food dye. don't eat it everyday because it will absorb minerals. Looks great!
