Barely, most things are just stuff where you have to find the right button... I'm not better at interpreting an UI someone else designed...
And for most things: follow what google tells you... xD

Right I suppose so, but for example you know what a cache is on a computer, most people don't. It's simple stuff like that.
I suppose "you've had most common issues at least once so you know how to fix them" sums it up :P
pretty much, yeah, and some people just never try, often it's really JUST restarting to fix things... TRY IT YOURSELF before you call me xD
