A baby elephant got stuck in a ditch and it was tragically adorable.
A herd was passing by a railway and this little cutie fell in.
Train passengers got out to feed him/her and help the little lump out of the mud.
Baby elephants are notoriously clumsy. Watch videos of the orphans playing in mud at the David Sheldrick center for proof.
Reports say the baby was "saved", but I haven't seen word on if he/she was simply pulled from the mud or also made it back to the herd.

I find it weird that its sitting like a human, but now I'm wondering how else it's suppose to sit...do elephants sit?

They spend most of their time standing, even while asleep, but can end up in a sitting position in the process of lying down/standing up.

Yup, they are on their chest instead of between their back legs. Anyone know any other non primates that have chest boobs?
