Ok... My turn!

Streak is a Puzzle game not far off from Lumines and Tetris. The concept is simple... Create a line connecting the left and right walls of a single color, but make it as jagged and awkward as possible!

Featuring a full tutorial, challenge mode, various gameplay choices and even a scoreboard, I created this game in roughly 2 months as a solo project.

I'm not being silly here - Boot Camp. Chuck Windows on it. You still get to have a Mac, but you can also run everything.

It's pretty tricky to put JUST Windows on a Mac. It's dual-boot, you get to switch from one to the other.

First for story and a boss that turns up again in 2, but 2 is better overall. I did the first 2/3 or 4 areas in the first game.

When I play, the steering is crazy sensitive. One push of the right arrow rams me into the side wall... is this normal?

Was OK for me. Try fiddling with the options a bit. It takes getting used to for a while, but it's an awesome game.

I just can't get past the "graphics" on Dwarf Fortress. Just looks like symbols everywhere.

That's how roguelikes started out too, in an era where gaming graphics wasn't really a thing. You can learn to read it, though.

There are many tilesets and graphics packs; Even full fledged isometric and 3D visualizers(non realtime last I checked tho)

The wiki is extensive, and the motto of the game is literally "Losing is Fun".

Well there you go. I hate losing. :P Also no game should come without either an instruction manual or a tutorial. It's just professionalism.
