mine did that. they dialed in ##25327# and call to reset the network on the phone. i get 40-50Mbps now. whatever that was worked for me

Depends on location I've yet to achieve over 20 Mbps down around the city of Birmingham.

I was gonna say, I just ran a speed test yesterday and pulled 85 down and 38 up.
