SWAT shoots an unarmed man after he reaches for his waistband
This bodycam footage is from 2016. I'm posting this now because of the similarity with the Kansas SWATting death.
I cut the clip just before the shooting because nobody needs to see that unless they go looking for it. The shooting is in the source:

The full 5 min video is one of the most harrowing videos I've seen and led me to test for myself how hard it would be to crawl to the police without making any suspicious moves. Clearly the only reasonable solution is to not ask so much of civilians in an immensely stressful situation.
