I went to see a physical therapist a couple times who happens to be a smoke show, and simply put, I’m not paying a hundred bucks an hour to lie about my health and not get fixed. It’s neither the time nor place to pretend I’m in better shape than I am.
If anything, I’d flip it around and use it as extra motivation to do better and make them proud.
