3 months ago a good friend of mine had their life ripped away from them way too soon. I try to live for her and celebrate all of the good she’s done. But I still find myself sobbing everyday. I’ve never felt such anger and genuine heartbreak in my life. Obviously I’ve reached out to friends, family, counselors, etc.
Does imgur have any advice?

Give the mourning process time, and remember that you'll one day learn to live with it. You're fine and it's fine to cry. Hang in there! :)

In 91 my gf was murdered. Shocked our little Florida town. Sent me into a tailspin for a good year. I know this has been a few yrs for you

2/2 now, hope you’ve been able to process this tragedy. It’s a horrible thing, I can still feel it these decades later, but peace does come

I lost a very dear friend a few years back. Honestly it's gonna keep hurting, it doesn't really go away. But it's not about fixing the pain

You learn to live with it you accept it. And even though it hurts it's bitter sweet because you can pause and reflect on all the wonderful

Times you had when they were here.

agreed... I was lucky to have filmed our last group ride out with a departed friend, so i was able to make a lovely video for the family.
