My parents have been having a really rough time lately and my dad just told me he's moving out. He said they are going to try dating again, but he doesn't know what will happen. I don't know what to do right now...
Edit: They both have been horrible to each other lately. My mom hasn't been supporting my dad in trying to make his life better (IE: he's been taking classes to become an athletic trainer, stopped smoking) and because he's not home a lot, my mom thought he had a girlfriend (he doesn't but I can see where she's coming from because he isn't home much)

1). It's not your fault. 2). Find someone professional to talk to about this. 3). Don't become a sounding board for either parent.

Luckily for me, I'm going to see a therapist next week for something that was completely unrelated, but I'm really glad I am now.

I should've added: They are equally at blame here. She's been a horrible person to be around lately and hasn't been supporting him in (1/2)
