Got a Miranda IUD, the one that's hormones instead of copper. Tough decision, the copper ones got no hormones, but they make cramps worse.

I tried an IUD and it didn't work with my body. Switched back to nexplanon (subdermal) and was happy again. No period with nexplanon :)
